Riverside Orthotics and Prosthetics,Inc. is a privately held company based in Evansville, Indiana that provides quality orthotic and prosthetic services across the tri-state area and most recently around the world.

Riverside Orthotics and Prosthetics also specializes in fitting high performance computerized prosthetics, most notably the C-Leg for those who are engaged in a highly active lifestyle.

Tom Whitehurst specializes in custom upper and lower extremity prosthetics, lower extremity orthotics as well as ACL and rehab bracing. Riverside provides state-of-the-art custom fittings through the TracerCAD system. This system offers patients the prosthesis with an exact fit to their skeletal shape.

Tom is certified in both orthotics an prosthetics from the American Board for Certification (ABC) in Orthotics and Prosthetics. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthotists and Prosthetists (AAOP). Our practice is ABC accredited and is a member of the American Orthotics and Prosthetics Association (AOPA).
Riverside O & P prides itself on delivering expert fitting techniques to each client, with a commitment to clinical leadership.
Individualized fittings,alignments,and gait adjustments are customized not only to a specific amputee's functional needs, but are also performed until the client attains the highest level of satisfaction and comfort.



At Riverside, our ABC Certified clinician provides custom orthotics and prosthetics for patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric. Our amputee CARE Center is located at 5921 Vogel Road. We are also able to see patients in other rehab settings and centers. Our reputation of being the premiere prosthetics facility in Evansville has been earned over the last six years, because we truly listen and want to provide our patients with an independent lifestyle as soon as possible.
