Plan on making follow up visits to your prosthetist a normal part of your life. Proper fit of the socket and good alignment will insure that the prosthesis is useful to you. Prostheses, like other machines need regular maintenance and repair to continue functioning efficiently. Small adjustments can make a big difference.
